Step 1: Figure Out Your Guest Count

- ✓Under 3: Free
- ✓Minimum: $550 per party
Most backyard hibachi parties are 10–30 guests. For larger groups (30+), contact us to discuss multiple chefs or extended cooking time.
Step 2: Pick Your Date
Weekends — especially Saturday evenings — book up fast. We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance minimum, and 4–6 weeks out for peak season (May–September).

Step 3: Set Up Your Space
You don't need much, but here's what to have ready:
Essential:
- ✓Dining table(s) and chairs for all guests
- ✓Plates, forks, and knives
- ✓Open space near the dining area for the grill (about 6x6 feet)
- ✓Access to outdoor space (backyard, patio, rooftop, or large indoor space)
Nice to Have:

- ✓A drinks station (we bring sake, but you may want other drinks)
